Financial records are kept for as long as Gibraltar tax and accounting rules require. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

Some of the third-party tools we use are based outside Gibraltar. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
